This session will include a discussion about mental health, well-being and neurodiversity, as well as myths around these topics. We will place particular emphasis on how they can influence the experience of university students. We will also discuss evidence-based strategies to promote good mental health and well-being in diverse groups of young people.

Bio: Dr. Giorgia Michelini is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Psychology in the Department of Biological & Experimental Psychology at Queen Mary. Her expertise lies in mental health, wellbeing and neurodiversity in young people.
